Bear and Cat druids are just mean. They have such a great ability, but dont use it. This bundle of joy isnt used becauase as Feral druids, they dont need mana. Tree druids use it, but this will still apply to them. I am of course talking about Innervate. Thottbot describes innervate as:
Increases the target's Spirit based mana regeneration by 400% and allows full mana regeneration while casting. Lasts 20 sec
For mana users, this is a big deal. That can easily mean a full bar of mana for a caster, which keeps them healing or fighting for much longer. The problem is that druids dont use the ability on others. They figure that if they dont need it, then its okay to forget about it. Restoration druids certainly do use this spell on themselves, but there are times when they dont need to regenerate mana, but others could benifit from the spell.
Druids, restoration or not, if you see a mana user with low mana, take a second away from fighting to hit them with your innervate spell. You may waste a few seconds of DPS time, but you will more then make up for it when a caster has more mana. More mana means more heals coming your way, more fireballs and shadowbolts flying past you, and in general, a better experience for everyone in the raid.

There is one time that this isnt the case. If you are currently a bear tank and are actually tanking mobs, it is ill advised to try to innervate another player. Wait until you are able to do so, otherwise, you are going to die. LANGaming takes no responsibility for your repair bills because you dont know when to jump out of bear form.
Remember that just because you arent using an ability, that doesnt mean that others cant benifit it from it. Keep your eyes open and if someone needs mana, hit them with an innervate. Your casters will fall in love with you if you give them free mana, so keep this in mind next time you need a heal.
